Responsibilities:

  • Timely and regular attendance, without drug/alcohol impairment.
  • Serves as the primary front-of-the-house manager in the absence of the GM/AGM: helps coordinate the activities of Hosts, Servers, Bartenders, and other dining room employees in meeting all of their functions and in providing customers with an exceptional dining experience.  Must be able to evaluate service and floor conditions to successfully addressing staffing needs.
  • Display exceptional leadership by providing a positive work environment, promptly advising senior management team of any staffing or disciplinary needs. 
  • Understand each floor position well enough to perform the duties in the support or absence of a staff member, including Bar, Host, Server, and Server Assistant.
  • At all times demonstrate honesty, integrity, and positive leadership. 
  • Interact with guests to obtain feedback on food quality, presentation and service levels.
  • Open and/or close the restaurant, including the supervision and management of any opening or closing duties.
  • Be responsible for Safe count, drawer counts and Bar Drawer consistent with set standards as part of opening, closing and shift change duties.
  • Participate and assist in inventory assessment and management. 
  • Other duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 2 years of management experience.
  • Positive personality and approach to managerial role and obligations.
  • Possess current Food Handler's Certification, TAM Card, Sheriff's Card
  • Practical knowledge of workplace safety and health procedures.
  • Ability to walk and stand during entire shift; continuously reach, bend, lift, carry; ability to lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
